Hector Olivencia is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Olivencia & Cribben Law Office, LLC. Mr. Olivencia was born and raised in Puerto Rico. After serving in the United States Navy, he returned to Puerto Rico and obtained his Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University School of Law and founded his legal practice dedicated to the areas of employment, contract resolution and commercial litigation.
Later, he expanded his practice to Chattanooga, TN where in addition to Immigration Law, he focuses in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Defense cases. His practice encompasses all phases of litigation before administrative bodies, state and federal courts. Over the course of his career he has successfully litigated hundreds of commercial and immigration cases.
In his spare time, Mr. Olivencia presents at conferences for nonprofit organizations on the topics of Commercial and Immigration law. He also volunteers as a high school volleyball coach.
Hector Olivencia is an active member of the Puerto Rico, Tennessee and Federal Bar Associations as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
